One time digital designer Bec Smith decided to ditch the screen for the easel and a years worth of accumulated work culminated in a solo exhibition at Pop & Scott’s Northcote showroom in late 2016.

Bec’s work is inspired by the interactions she witnesses between people and this is translated onto the canvas in an aesthetic that is both tidy (balanced geometric shapes) and punk-ish (communicated through the unfinished and wobbly lines of the shapes depicted), hence the name of the exhibition - Tidy Mind, Punk Heart.

This exhibition was proudly supported by The Project Agency through a considered and passionate marketing campaign that brought together some wonderful collaborations between like-minded creatives.
