After many years of discussions and many approaches by publishers, David Bromley collaborated with Earl Carter and 3 Deep Design to create A Picture Book First and Foremost. Capturing the two distinct and unique languages of Bromley's work; the female portrait and the children's series, these narratives have been supported with a rare glimpse into the environments and worlds that Bromley inhabits.

Designed by 3 Deep Design, with images by Earl Carter and words by Matthew Sturgis and Ashley Crawford, A Picture Book First and Foremost is a stunning example of Australian Cultural publishing.

The Project Agency rolled out the publicity campaign for the launch of the book as well as manage the dedicated website, www.apicturebook.com.au
